　過去第一回、ホテルグランヴィア京都様で開催された時は私たちの「テロワール京都ゴールデン」をシェフが「特製チーズフォンデュ」とのマリアージュを提案してくれました。その時にチーズの酸味がビールとあわさると複雑なコクとまろみとなったことに驚きを覚えました。

When the first event was held at Hotel Granvia Kyoto, the chef suggested pairing our Terroir Kyoto Golden with their special cheese fondue. We were amazed at how the acidity of the cheese, when combined with the beer, created a complex richness and mellowness.
